The Wise Man’s Purpose

Reading Time: 3 minutes

As philosophical pondering throughout the ages tend to have rather timeless implications, and can always be re-interpreted to match the times whence they are attempting to be applied, we must remind ourselves of the fact that the person who possesses wisdom, knowledge or authority is generally the one that we look to as being the ones who are capable of rearranging the things the universe has produced in such a way that they function as intended, and simultaneously can be operated and driven in the direction the controller wants them to function in, thereby giving a sort of ongoing and everlasting function that is considered of use to human beings.

In order for this function to be considered useful, it must be the means to an end that is something fruitful, something productive, instead of something destructive, therefore it must be good in it’s intentions, functions and design in order to be fruitful to mankind. When this person produces that of which others don’t yet it falls within this spectrum, that person is considered to be producing something good, and therefore of use to mankind.

How things are ordered and function interdependently must be taken into perspective from say Thing 1 is intended to govern over the reason for the existence and compliment in function to Thing 2, although Thing 2’s all encompassing nature should be in relation and to also compliment Thing 1. The reason for Thing 2’s existence is in essence to aide some sort of way to Thing 1.

For example, the existence of the water bottle would not be possible nor feasible had the existence of water, nor the nourishment and necessity of consumption for living creatures in order to maintain their life essence, been what it was, and therefore the water bottle is the container in which we carry the water crucial to our survival with us as afforded by the nature and law of the universe, which allows us to travel through time and space as a normal function of our existence and we call this mobility.

Those whom-st also dedicate their time and their energy to dabbling in that which is necessary to be molded into something of some function and therefore some use for mankind tend to be practitioners of mastering that which requires to be mastered in order to be rendered useful, and the endeavor in itself that this practitioner, thinker and tinker dabbles in is called his art, or his science.

Since these practitioners devote themselves to something specific and concentrate their energy mostly on that, and seldom branch out to other endeavors, they tend to be known after the art or science they dabble in, and contribute to. In similar terms, that who is the master of his domain, can be said that he as the builder has laid the groundwork for that which he creates. The title of master shall only be bestowed he whom simultaneously controls both the beginning and the end of the cosmos. Therefore, to the thinker, the most important questions are the ones that encompass all of being and beyond.

The end in itself of all things in existence is a ballad composed by the main composer of the cosmos, and will play out in accordance with the tune in which it is written. The main composer of the cosmos is intelligence in itself, as we will find out soon enough. A good must come out of the end of the cosmic ballad, and the only possible outcome for which is good in regards to intelligence is truth, as only truth can only benefit intelligence, where without truth to compliment it, intelligence would not be intelligent and would instead be encompassed by darkness, of unknowing.

The end of the cosmos therefore must be this truth, and the primary force that determines the truth shall be wisdom. In regards to wisdom of a higher nature, in order to establish itself among-st men, we must determine that it came to spread the truth among-st men and shine light upon the darkness in which men find themselves without it.

We must consider ourselves lucky therefore, that this guiding light found it’s way into our existence, for without it the cosmos would be a scary, incomprehensible place to traverse, and life instead of a gift would become a curse. It can also therefore be stated that the ultimate realization is that philosophy in itself as a science is to uncover all truths, not just a specific truth, but all truths including the truth in how all things came into being, including truth in itself, that of being and vice versa.

In order to get to the truth, it’s only natural to choose between two polar opposites. The thinker in pursuit of the truth would only logically be inclined to determine this truth, and which polar opposite it lies within. In that regard the thinker must recite the truth as it is his purpose, as it is also his purpose to inform others as to untruth, and deny those willing to spread untruth the ability to do so.
