Housing should be affordable, easy to mass produce, and should not be dependent on fueling a certain industry, such as forestry in the United States and Canada, the reason they are the only countries who advocate for and use the wood frame construction system.

Public housing blocks should not be places where crime, poverty, prostitution, drugs, violence and social decay run wild. It should be a model that takes the impoverished and disadvantaged and turns them into productive, upstanding citizens.
